1. Pilot service
YOTEON is currently provided as a limited business pilot for yacht teams and marine suppliers. Features may change as the service is tested and improved. Creating a test RFQ, quote, purchase order or service record does not by itself create a payment obligation unless authorised representatives separately agree commercial terms.
Before any paid service begins, the contracting legal entity, price, governing law and other commercial terms will be identified in an order form or service agreement.
2. Business users and authority
You may use YOTEON only if you are at least 18 years old and authorised to act for the yacht, owner, management company, supplier or other organisation connected to your workspace. You must provide accurate account information and keep it current.
3. Accounts and security
You are responsible for protecting your credentials, using available security controls and ensuring that each person uses an individual account. Notify hello@yoteon.com immediately if you suspect unauthorised access. YOTEON may suspend access to protect a user, organisation or the platform.
4. Marketplace transactions
YOTEON helps yacht teams identify suppliers, exchange RFQs and quotes, record purchase orders and track work. Unless a separate written agreement states otherwise, YOTEON is not the buyer, seller, shipyard, contractor or agent in a transaction between users.
Users must independently verify supplier identity, qualifications, insurance, availability, pricing, taxes, export restrictions and fitness for the intended work. A verified badge records completion of YOTEON's stated review process; it is not a guarantee of future performance.
5. Operational and AI information
YOTEON is an organisational tool, not an emergency, navigation, engineering-classification, legal, tax or safety authority. AI-assisted answers may contain mistakes or omit important context. Always verify critical instructions against current manufacturer manuals, vessel procedures and qualified professionals before acting.
6. User content
You retain ownership of information and files you submit. You grant YOTEON the limited rights required to host, process, secure, back up and display that content to authorised users and selected transaction counterparties. You confirm that you have the necessary rights and permissions to upload it.
Do not submit malware, unlawful material, unnecessary sensitive personal data, infringing content or information that you are not authorised to disclose.
7. Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to bypass access controls, probe another organisation's workspace or interfere with the service.
- Do not scrape supplier data, send deceptive requests or use YOTEON for spam.
- Do not misrepresent an identity, company, yacht, certification, quote or completion record.
- Comply with applicable sanctions, export, anti-bribery, employment, tax and maritime rules.
8. Availability and changes
YOTEON aims to provide a secure and reliable service but does not promise uninterrupted availability during the pilot. Maintenance, security incidents or provider outages may temporarily limit access. Features may be added, changed or withdrawn with reasonable notice where practical.
9. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, YOTEON is not responsible for decisions made solely from platform content, AI output or third-party supplier information, or for the acts and omissions of marketplace users. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
10. Ending access and contacting us
You may stop using the pilot at any time. YOTEON may restrict or terminate access for security risk, unlawful use, material breach or the end of the pilot. Provisions concerning confidentiality, intellectual property, liability and records that reasonably need to survive will continue.
